Alan Bennett‘s THE CLOTHES THEY STOOD UP IN is currently booking for a limited run at the Nottingham Playhouse, and fans are hopeful for a West End transfer!

Adapted by and starring Olivier Award winning actor Adrian Scarborough (The Madness of George III, Leopoldstadt), alongisde fellow Olivier Award winning actor Sophie Thompson (Present Laughter, Gosford Park), THE CLOTHES THEY STOOD UP IN is a hilarious and bitersweet exploration of marriage, hopes and dreams, and missed chances.

Directed by Adam Penford, this would be a fantastic addition to the West End, and will hopefully be seen on a London stage soon.
