In February 2016, LOVEtheatre and Avios launched a partnership to enable LOVEtheatre customers to collect Avios with every purchase on LOVEtheatre.com.

Q: What is LOVEtheatre?

LOVEtheatre.com is your official and trusted source for getting West End tickets, Off West End tickets and other London theatre tickets at great prices. LOVEtheatre has theatre news, reviews and discount tickets for your favourite London theatre shows.

Q: What is Avios?

Avios are travel reward points that allow you to turn your everyday spending into flights, hotel stays, upgrades, days out and more. You can collect Avios with travel loyalty programmes including the British Airways Executive Club, Iberia Plus, Meridiana Club and the Avios Travel Rewards Programmes in UK and South Africa (and Aer Lingus AerClub from December 2016).

Q: How do I collect Avios on LOVEtheatre?

If you are a member of an Avios programme, simply shop on LOVEtheatre for the musical, play, package, attraction, or exhibition you wish to attend. When you add tickets to your basket, your will see the number of Avios you will collect with your transaction. At checkout, select the Avios programme from the drop-down menu and enter your membership number. Please note that the surname on your LOVEtheatre booking must match the surname on the Avios programme account you’ve entered. Your Avios will be credited to your Avios account within 21 days of purchase.

If you are a LOVEtheatre.com member and wish to collect Avios on future purchases, you may add your Avios programme membership number to your LOVEtheatre account by clicking on My Account at the top of the screen when you are logged in.

Q: How many Avios will I collect with my purchase?

LOVEtheatre offers 3 Avios for every £1 spent. Additional, promotional Avios may be offered from time to time and will be communicated via LOVEtheatre’s social media, email, onsite banners, and from Avios’ customer communication channels as well, so stay tuned.

Q: I don't think I've received my Avios. What should I do?

Avios collected on LOVEtheatre.com will be credited to your Avios account within 21 days. If you are still missing Avios after 21 days, please email avios@lovetheatre.com and note:

  1. Your LOVEtheatre booking number, located in your confirmation email
  2. Your Avios membership number

Q: I forgot to enter my membership number when I made a purchase. Can I still collect Avios on this purchase?

LOVEtheatre will issue retroactive Avios on bookings made on or after 15 February 2016 to customers who contact us within 30 days of purchase. Please email avios@lovetheatre.com with:

  1. Your LOVEtheatre booking number, located in your confirmation email
  2. Your Avios membership number

 

Terms and Conditions

  1. Avios members who register as a LOVEtheatre.com member and add a valid Avios membership number during the booking process will collect 3 (three) Avios for every £1 (one) spent on new bookings.
  2. Avios may be collected on any ticket or package on LOVEtheatre.com; bookings made via partner sites are not eligible to collect Avios. Avios will be credited to the member’s account within 21 (twenty-one) days of purchase. The Avios membership holder must be the LOVEtheatre member booking in order to collect the Avios.
  3. If the Avios are not credited after 21 days, please follow the directions above, under "I don't think I've received my Avios."
