What is The Fir Tree about?

OUR FESTIVE FAIRY TALE RETURNS THIS CHRISTMAS. The smallest fir tree in the forest dreams of great things, like growing big and strong and becoming the mighty mast of a ship or something just as grand. But what happens when Christmas comes around?
