London Wonderground Safety Information

COVID Safety

We’ve got you covered at London Wonderground – you’re safety is our number one priority.

We have designed our sites to allow visitors to socialise safely whilst maintaining physical distance from others. Underbelly has been awarded the Visit England ‘We’re Good to Go’ Industry Standard mark.

The safety of our visitors and staff is our priority. We will be following the government advice throughout the festival, updating this page as more information is released.

Here’s what we’re doing to help keep everyone safe, and what you can do to help. These are in line with Government advice and the requirements of local health authorities.

Distance
Follow markers in queues and observe social distancing when moving around the event site

E-tickets
For tickets purchased online e-tickets are preferred. If required, tickets are available to be collected at the Box Office.

Face Masks
Under current government guidance, face masks must be worn when watching shows in our Spiegeltent. This may be subject to change in line with government guidance. The rest of the festival site is outdoors so face masks are not required.

Hand Sanitiser
Regularly use the hand sanitising stations throughout the site

Social Distancing in venues
All shows at Underbelly Festival are being sold as a socially distanced performances with a reduced capacity, in line with UK Government’s social-distancing guidelines. If the Government guidance changes, we will follow their advice and increase our capacity.

Our venues may move from socially distanced seating to full capacity seating. If this happens, ticket holders will be notified of the change to your booking as soon as possible.

Cleaning
We will have increased cleaning and sanitation of all areas throughout the festival

Contactless Payment
For everyone’s safety, contactless payments are preferred at Underbelly Festival.

Feeling Unwell with COVID-19 symptoms?
We will be following government guidance throughout Underbelly Festival. If you test positive for COVID-19 or are required to isolate due to close contact with a COVID-19 infected individual or are requested to do so by the NHS Track and Trace app, do not come to site.

If this happens to you, please email [email protected] and we will organise an exchange for another show in the festival!
