Lesley Joseph joins Annette McLaughlin, Deka Walmsley and Jack Bandeira as the beloved musical heads back to London, following a major UK and Ireland tour.

Billy Elliot the Musical is returning to the West End for the first time in over a decade, with full casting now confirmed for its UK and Ireland tour and Adelphi Theatre season. Annette McLaughlin will play Mrs Wilkinson, Deka Walmsley returns as Dad, Jack Bandeira plays Tony, and Birds of a Feather star Lesley Joseph joins the company as Grandma.

McLaughlin previously played Mrs Wilkinson on the show’s last UK and Ireland tour, and brings a West End résumé that includes Dolores Umbridge in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and Velma Kelly in Chicago. Walmsley returns to a role he’s already played to acclaim, both on stage and on screen in Billy Elliot the Musical Live, while Joseph, best known as Dorien in Birds of a Feather, brings an Olivier-nominated pedigree from Young Frankenstein, alongside credits in Annie and The Addams Family.
