Olivier Award-winner Matt Henry is set to star in the Globe Theatre's production of The Two Noble Kinsmen.

In this late romance, John Fletcher and William Shakespeare examine love in all its fluid and complex forms.

‘For pity’s sake and true gentility’s,
    Hear and respect me.’
    Act I, scene 1

How long is forever? When the imprisoned Palamon and Arcite vow eternal friendship, they don’t expect that anything will come between them. But then from their cell window, they see the beautiful Emilia and their priorities take a sudden and violent turn.

Known for his award-winning performance in Kinky Boots, Matt Henry will take on the role of Pirithous. He will be joined by Paul Stocker, Bryan Dick, Jude Akuwudike, Moyo Akande, Ellora Torchia, Sue Devaney and Francesca Mills.

Directed by Former Northern Broadsides Artistic Director Barrie Rutter, The Two Noble Kinsmen promises to delight the ear with words and melodies.
