The highly anticipated stage adaptation of Charles Dickens’ GREAT EXPECTATONS will play to a far greater audience than just London’s Vaudeville Theatre when it opens on 7 February.

More than 600 cinemas around the world will also screen the gala opening night performance live to cinemas in the UK, Ireland, mainland Europe, Canada, the USA, Asia and Australia to mark the much-loved author’s 101st  birthday.

This will be the first time that Dickens’ well-known tale of the orphan Pip, who is given a new lease on life thanks to a mysterious benefactor, is staged as a full-length play either in the West End or on Broadway.

Adapted for the stage by Jo Clifford and directed by Graham McLaren, the cast includes Jack Ellis, Chris Ellison, Paula Wilcox, Paul Nivison, Grace Rowe and Taylor Jay-Davies.

GREAT EXPECTATIONS begins on the West End from 1 February until 1 June, following the Lindsay Posner production of UNCLE VANYA, which closes Saturday 26 January. Book your GREAT EXPECTATIONS tickets today!
