How to LOVEtheatre and support it while the venues are closed

If you LOVEtheatre as much as we do then you’ll want to see it come back brighter and more entertaining than ever when we’re at the other side of this. We can only do that with your support and here are some ideas about how you can help.

Follow what is happening on social media

There are some wonderful ways to enjoy theatre at home and we have been posting, and will continue to post, as much as we can to keep you entertained on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. We’ll also try to keep you updated with all the news that is coming out of theatreland. Please follow us and keep in touch by sharing, commenting and liking what we post. We LOVE to hear from you.

Exchange rather than refund

If the show you booked for it a long runner or is re-scheduled to new dates then please consider changing your booking for another date rather than getting a refund. Customer Services will be happy to let you know what dates are available and to change your booking over for you. You’ll be keeping money in the theatre and doing your bit to make sure they open with a bang.

We know this won’t be possible for everyone so, of course, if you need us to refund you for a cancelled show, that is exactly what we’ll do.

Donate

This is tough time for us all and actors, backstage crews and everyone involved in theatre are no exception. There are many charities that can help, so if you are able, please dig deep and donate what you can. Here are a few suggestions from Society of London Theatres and UK Theatres – Take a look and then donate on the charities individual pages.

Thank you for all your support so far. We can’t wait to enjoy live theatre with you as soon as it is possible.
