Update – 2nd November 2020

Following the government’s announcement yesterday, we can confirm that any planned London theatre performances have been suspended from Thursday 5th November until Wednesday 2nd December 2020. If you have booked for a cancelled performance, we will contact you to let you know what options are available to you.

We know this news will come as a disappointment and are also mindful of the impact on our employees, partners and related companies who have been incredible over the past few months.

We will continue to work alongside industry bodies including the Society of London Theatre as we navigate the challenging period ahead. 


The process for refunds is as follows – once the date of the performance you booked for has passed, we are able to request the money back from the theatre and once we have received that, we are able to process your refund.

Please note this may take a few weeks for the whole process to be carried out but rest assured that we are working as quickly as we can and that you will be refunded.

Please do not contact your credit card company as this could delay things further.

Please note you do not need to contact us for your booking to go through this process. If you have booked for a cancelled show, you will receive a refund.


Where performances are rescheduled (as opposed to cancelled) we may contact you to offer you the option of an exchange instead of a refund.
