Update – 23rd February 2021

Yesterday the government confirmed their roadmap to come out of lockdown. We do not yet know with certainty what this will mean for the re-opening of London’s theatres. We will update here and as soon as we have confirmation when we know what this means for any bookings you have made. For now, the UK remains in lockdown and London theatre performances are suspended until at least 16 May. If you have booked for a performance that has been cancelled we will contact you by email to let you know what will happen next. Please bear with us, we are working as quickly as we can.

We will continue to work alongside industry bodies including the Society of London Theatre as we navigate this ongoing challenging period. 


The process for refunds is as follows – once the date of the performance you booked for has passed, we are able to request the money back from the theatre and once we have received that, we are able to process your refund.

Please note this may take a few weeks for the whole process to be carried out but rest assured that we are working as quickly as we can and that you will be refunded.

Please do not contact your credit card company as this could delay things further.

Please note you do not need to contact us for your booking to go through this process. If you have booked for a cancelled show, you will receive a refund.


Where performances are rescheduled (as opposed to cancelled) we may contact you to offer you the option of an exchange instead of a refund.
