Update – 15th June 2021

Yesterday the government confirmed a delay of at least four weeks in the lifting of restrictions. There are productions going ahead as planned with socially distanced performances but there may be productions which need to change their performance schedule. Should a production you have booked for need to make a change, we will communicate with you via email as soon as we can. Please bear with us, we are working as quickly as possible.

We will continue to work alongside industry bodies including the Society of London Theatre as we navigate this ongoing challenging period. 


The process for refunds is as follows – once the date of the performance you booked for has passed, we are able to request the money back from the theatre and once we have received that, we are able to process your refund.

Please note this may take a few weeks for the whole process to be carried out but rest assured that we are working as quickly as we can and that you will be refunded.

Please do not contact your credit card company as this could delay things further.

Please note you do not need to contact us for your booking to go through this process. If you have booked for a cancelled show, you will receive a refund.


Where performances are rescheduled (as opposed to cancelled) we may contact you to offer you the option of an exchange instead of a refund.
