The much loved musical is back! Andrew Lloyd Webber and Richard Stilgoe's famed production performed on special staging for roller-skating actors, is to play at the New Wimbledon Theatre this May. In July, the production will start off a UK tour with Edinburgh and Liverpool.
The show first performed in 1984 at the Apollo Victoria, and is a futuristic story about life as seen through the eyes of trains.
The 2012 production is being produced by Bill Kenwright Ltd, by special arrangement with Andrew Lloyd Webber's Really Useful Group.
Starlight Express will perform at the New Wimbledon Theatre from 11 May 2012 for a limited time.
