What is Frozen the Musical about?

A story of love, hope and knowing yourself, Frozen hit our screens back in 2013 and has been melting our hearts ever since. Now, the global phenomenon that brought us iconic characters like Elsa, Anna, Olaf, Sven and Prince Hans has made its way from Arendelle to the West End.

Currently booking until 8th September 2024 with Tickets starting from £35. Matinee performances available on Thursday and Saturday at 2.00pm. Evening performances at 7.00pm Wednesday to Saturday. Additionally Sunday show timings are 1.00pm and 5.30pm

Age Guidance

Frozen the Musical is recommended for a general audience. As an advisory to adults who might bring young people, Frozen the Musical is suited for ages 6 and up. Babies in arms or children under the age of 4 will not be admitted into the theatre. All persons aged 16 or under must be accompanied by an adult and may not sit on their own within the auditorium. Every customer regardless of age must have their own ticket and be able to sit in their own seat without any assistance. Frozen the Musical Cast and Creatives

Frozen the Musical is brought to life by a star-studded cast and creative team, including creatives from the original movie, songwriters Kristen Anderson‐Lopez, Robert Lopez, and book writer Jennifer Lee.

Jenna Lee-James plays the powerful Elsa, while Laura Dawkes is the much-loved Anna. 

School of Rock’s Craig Gallivan stars as the hilarious snowman, Olaf, alongside Back to the Future’s Oliver Ormsom as Hans, with Jammy Kasongo playing Kristoff.
