THE RITZ RESTAURANT

Since opening in 1906, The Ritz Restaurant has left an indelible impression on all who have dined there.
In what is often described as the most beautiful restaurant in Europe, vast floor to ceiling windows overlooking Green Park, rich Louis XVI-inspired decor and dazzling garlands of chandeliers reflected in grand mirrored walls set the scene for elegant extravagance.
At the helm of this cornerstone of London luxury, Executive Chef John Williams MBE, has created a menu of distinctive classical British dishes complemented by a legendary wine list and unparalleled service.
The son of a Tyneside fisherman, John developed his passion for food at an early age. That passion endures, as does his culinary philosophy: use ingredients of the highest quality, use them at their seasonal best and marry best of British ingredients with Escoffier-influenced classical recipes to achieve culinary evolution and produce distinctive, sublime creations.
