The extraordinary creative team is led by director and choreographer, Casey Nicholaw (Dreamgirls, The Book of Mormon). With music by Alan Menken (Beauty and the Beast), Aladdin features lyrics by Howard Ashman (Beauty and the Beast), Tim Rice (The Lion King) and Chad Beguelin (Elf), who also wrote the book.

The lead roles of Aladdin and Jasmine are taken by rising British stars Matthew Croke (Annie Get Your Gun) and Jade Ewen (In the Heights). Broadway’s Trevor Dion Nicholas has made his London stage debut as the Genie.

A fabulous cast and orchestra, over 350 magnificent costumes, and breathtaking sets and special effects come together to create the “sheer Genie-us” (Evening Standard) that is Aladdin, an unmissable event in London theatre.

    BALTHAZAR RESTAURANT

    Balthazar

The original Balthazar opened in downtown New York’s Spring Street in 1997. Balthazar London is situated on the corner of Russell and Wellington Streets in the heart of Covent Garden, just across from The Royal Opera House. Housed in the old Theatre Museum, Balthazar shares “The Flower Cellars” building with The London Film Museum (the permanent flower market was originally built for the Covent Garden flower sellers in 1870 and this space was used for storage). Founder, Keith McNally has endeavoured to remain as true to the New York original as possible, where bistro food, good wine and friendly service are the order of the day. Balthazar London has the egalitarian appeal of the brasserie – something for everyone all day long.
