Rehearsals have begun for the award-winning play Oslo, ahead of its sold-out run at the National Theatre and subsequent West End transfer to the Harold Pinter Theatre.

Toby Stephens, Lydia Leonard, Peter Polycarpou and the rest of the company were joined by director Bartlett Sher.

Oslo transfers direct from a critically acclaimed run on Broadway where it was awarded Best Play at the 2017 Tony Awards, New York Drama Critics' Circle, Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle, Drama League, Obie and Lucille Lortel Awards.

Oslo tells the true story of how one young Norwegian couple - Terje Rød-Larsen and Mona Juul - planned and orchestrated top-secret, high-level meetings between the State of Israel and the Palestine Liberation Organisation, which culminated in the signing of the historic 1993 Oslo Accords.

Oslo tickets are bookable from Monday 2 October to Saturday 30 December 2017 at the Harold Pinter Theatre.
