Tony Award winner John Lloyd Young will take over the role of Frankie Vallie when JERSEY BOYS moves to its new West End home at the Piccadilly Theatre on 15 March.

Ryan Molloy, who originated the role of Valli in London, will give his final performance on March 9, when JERSEY BOYS plays its last show at the Prince Edward Theatre to make way for Miss Saigon.

Young will appear in the London production for a limited season until 27 April. He originated the role of Valli on Broadway in 2006, winning the Lead Actor Tony, Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle and Theatre World Awards, becoming the only American actor in history to win all four leading actor awards for a Broadway debut. He can be heard singing lead vocals on the Platinum, Grammy Award-winning JERSEY BOYS Original Cast Album. Appointed by Barack Obama to the President's Committee on the Arts and Humanities, Young will re-create his award-winning Broadway turn on screen in Clint Eastwood's film adaptation of JERSEY BOYS, due out in June 2014.

Also joining the new company at the Piccadilly Theatre will be Matt Nalton, who will be making his West End debut as Nick Massi.

Edd Post and Jon Boydon will continue as Bob Gaudio and Tommy De Vito, and Michael Watson will play the role of Frankie Valli at certain performances.
