After 16 months at London's Palace Theatre, SINGIN' IN THE RAIN will play its final performance Saturday 8 June 2013. Theatregoers who made summer bookings into September 2013 will now be moved into the final months of performances.

The current cast of SINGIN' IN THE RAIN features Adam Cooper, who originated the role Don Lockwood back in 2012. Louise Bowden plays Kathy Selden, a role first played by Scarlett Strallen, who has since moved to the London Palladium to star in A Chorus Line.

Jennifer Ellison currently plays starlet Lina Lamont, with Stephane Annelli as Cosmo Brown. However it's unknown whether Ellison will continue in the role until the end of its run, having just announced she is five months pregnant.

SINGIN' IN THE RAIN first transferred to London in February 2012, following a critically acclaimed, sell-out run at the Chichester Festival Theatre. The production has been making a splash in the West End ever since, opening to four and five stars, and its high-energy choreography and sumptuous set designs nominated for four 2012 Olivier Awards.

Based on the legendary MGM film starring Gene Kelly, Donald O'Connor and Debbie Reynolds, SINGIN' IN THE RAIN tells the story of when “talkies” first hit the film industry leaving silent films, and some of its stars, behind.

Chock full of charm, romance, comedy and old Hollywood glamour, SINGIN' IN THE RAIN boasts a score with some of the most loved songs including “Good Morning”, “Make 'em Laugh”, “Moses Supposes” and of course the classic “Singin' in the Rain”.
