A: You will need to download and install the latest version

Q: I would like to bring a group to the theatre. Can I do
this via LOVEtheatre.com?
A: LOVEtheatre.com’s sister company, Group Line specialises
in group bookings for all major West End theatres. There are substantial

Q: How long will it take for my tickets to arrive through
the post?
A: Tickets are despatched by second class post so will take
approximately 3-4 days to arrive.
Q: I am collecting my tickets from the theatre. When can I
do this and what do I need to take along with me?
A: You can collect the tickets at any time up to the start
of the performance. However please note that the theatre box offices can become
extremely busy close to the start of the performance so try to collect your tickets at
least half an hour beforehand. You will need to take along a copy of your
confirmation email and the credit/debit card you used to pay for the tickets.
Q: Is it safe to pay with my credit card online through
LOVEtheatre.com?
A: We consider the security of all personal information you
submit to us to be of critical importance. Our secure server software (SSL) is
the industry standard for secure commerce transactions. All personal
information, including credit or debit card number, name and address are
encrypted using 128-bit security so that all transmissions over the Internet
between your browser and our server cannot be read by any unauthorised
personnel.

are 10am-8pm, Monday-Friday; 10am-6pm, Saturday and Sunday.
Q: I saw a musical last night and loved the songs from the
show. How can I buy the CD soundtrack?
A: We work very closely with Dress Circle in Covent Garden
who stock an enormous selection of musical soundtracks and show merchandise. You will find merchandise links from each individual show page on this website.
